Saturday Afternoon/Evening
Susan's condition did not change much since the morning. Her blood pressure was slowly increasing. She seemed to be responding to the procedures. She was fighting!!! Nolan and Debbie Barzee, friends from our church, had come to sit with Richard for about 3 hours before the kids got there. Nolan gave Susan a very nice blessing with the help of Richard and Jayson. The next few hours were just touch-and-go. It was a lot of waiting. They began to wean her off of the blood pressure medication. Her heart was responding well without it. Jeremy, Amanda and Mindy arrived at the hospital around 2am. She was still heavily sedated.

Coon family, what a fabulous idea! I feel so honored to be the first person to post a comment. Susan's like a mother to me. After I heard the news, I had this overwelming urge to be gathered around the island in the Coon's kitchen. (With the player piano going...naturally) I love you guys!
Dear All,
Like Nate, what I wouldn't give to be gathered together...I would'nt even care where!!! We ended our family fast just a few short hours ago, right after Conference.
I can't express enough about the outpouring of love that has occured across the nation in behalf of our sweet friend, Suz. Neil just said, "Susan will have a fit when she hears of the fuss going on about her". True true! We'll be thrilled to tell her all about it and how many people are praying for her heart to heal. She has been a "heart healer" for many of us, now we are united in prayers for her.
What a blessing there is in prayer and when so many hearts are knit together in love. I am thankful to be a part of your family. I love you and will anxiously await good news. Pam Infanger
Thank you for keeping me in the loop on Susan's condition. You are all in our prayers, and we will be checking back for updates.
